  The Customer service at this store is of an extremely high standard. I recently needed to return a washing machine nearly a year after purchase that had been written off by the engineer that visited. After initially being told by the engineer to simply ring the number he had given me to arrange an exchange to several transfers to different departments leter being told to return it to store for an exchange, I finally spoke to customer service at this store. They listened to my experience so far and personal circumstances and in no time at all had the situation resolved for me. I am truly thankful to have received such compassionate and efficient help from this store.
