Excellent service, we purchased a modern HiFi system today after our 25 year old aiwa system gave up the ghost. We wanted a system that we could connect our original turntable to (also 25 years old). Plus the modern convenience of wifi, Bluetooth and Dab. James helped to guide us to our eventual purchase. A £50 cheaper model (difference between a 100 & 200w system but both jvc) He explained how each bit worked and even connected his phone so we could compare the sound quality. James was very patient and helpful (very knowledgeable about the products).also we did not get the usual extended warranty/Insurance sell at the till. All in all a very positive experience.
