  A large electronics and gadgets store with most of the up to date products to be had on sale. Most of the staff only know the basics about the products on sale but can refur you the the internet to find out more info . If you know exactly what you want and they have it in store then they are happy to sell it to you but don't get technical. The staff don't seem very keen on comparing products only selling you insurance for what you have brought.

  Excellent service, we purchased a modern HiFi system today after our 25 year old aiwa system gave up the ghost. We wanted a system that we could connect our original turntable to (also 25 years old). Plus the modern convenience of wifi, Bluetooth and Dab. James helped to guide us to our eventual purchase. A £50 cheaper model (difference between a 100 & 200w system but both jvc) He explained how each bit worked and even connected his phone so we could compare the sound quality. James was very patient and helpful (very knowledgeable about the products).also we did not get the usual extended warranty/Insurance sell at the till. All in all a very positive experience.   When I arrived I was greeted by a really helpful man and helped me with what I wanted (Apple Watch) he then got someone else to get my device and then sort out the payment, not once did this man help me with any questions, help set up my device or if I needed anything else. Simply gave me my paperwork and then walked off whilst I was still sitting there.
