Staff are really friendly and patient. They have helped me every time I have gone in there with the knoledge of not only the fish but the setting up of not only my marine but my tropical tank as well. Would have given up if it wasn’t for the help they provided. Always recognise you and remember what you have. My son loves going there as well and they are happy to talk about all the different fish with him and what they all are.
