  We were recently on holiday in Norfolk at the Norfolk disabled freindly cottages with my mother who's had a stroke and my father who is paraplegic we needed a electronic perscrption which our doctors in Derbyshire had sent us to boots in Hunstanton we tried to collect the prescription but they wasn't helpful to say the least I spent the rest of the day ringing the local chemists kings lynn hospital the district nurses visiting the local doctors asking at the dispensery in the doctors no one could / would help I Rang 111 who said I could ring all the local chemists within a 5 mile radius and provided me with a list of numbers to call I was on a mobile phone with little reception as it's not that good in that area but getting to the end off my tether and list may I add I rang Rainbow Pharmacy and a knight in shining armore by the name of Helen came to my rescue thank goodness this lady was a star it was 4.30 on Wednesday afternoon this lady went out of her way to order the items i needed for my father the lady rang to let me know she had been able to get the item and what time they would be there the next day and she rang the next day to tell me they had arrived Fantastic service I highly recommend this pharmacy and the staff and I am especially thankful to Helen for going out of her way to help myself and my family We brought her a small bunch of flowers to show our appreciation but it wasn't enough for what this lady did a BIG BIG Thankyou Mrs Farrell On behalf of Mr C A Woolley .
