  Stephen Bowers initially failed to keep an appointment to attend my property. I contacted him once more and another date was agreed. He discussed our requirements and measured the floor area and provided a verbal quote for his services. Dates and times were agreed and we made the necessary arrangements for our property to be occupied, a day or so later Mr Bowers sent me a text to say that he would not be carrying out the work that he had agreed to do "Due to other commitments". He refused to answer my telephone calls , texts or messages that I left for him. In short we were left in a complete muddle, without a satisfactory explanation., We are very disappointed!.

  I have just used this company to fit new carpets and vinyl in my bungalow . I found them to be polite efficient and excellent value . I use a lot of tradesman and usually it's difficult to get them to answer their phones and return texts . Not the case with this guy he either answered my call or rang me straight back after I'd left a message. The workmanship was excellent and they did a great job of tidying up after they had done . I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone .
