  I've used these guys twice recently. Both times they were extremely polite and professional. I needed some small plastic cogs that had broken inside my sat nav unit. I phoned up expecting to hear that I'd have to have the parts fitted by them... but no, they identified what was needed, gave me a price and ordered for next day pm. At 1pm I got a text saying bits were in. When I collected, the service manager proceeded to track down and print out the service instructions to ease my repair. He didn't have to. But he did through courtesy and it made the repair much easier for me. So that's real service. I'll be going back, definitely. Well done guys.

  I was lucky to drive the new Volvo XC60 as soon as it was put on the road at Hilton Gott. The car is fantastic to drive, and provides a very luxurious and comfortable interior. The spec of the demonstrator was very high, and I did not experience all it had to offer. However, the new screen is easy to use which provides access to all of the cars functions. I had a demonstration of the Pilot Assist which would be useful on motorways or in traffic queues. All in all I was very impressed, and would recommend this car - go and have a drive
